An effective Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework provides feedback on programme achievement and strengthens the programme direction. It also helps in identification of the gaps in programme implementation and the best possible method to plug these gaps. Further, it provides a learning opportunity for the programme management team for future consideration, thus saving critical resources. We help in developing M&E systems that are integrated in the programme structure thus providing real time feedback on programme direction to the implementation team. We have requisite experience of developing both online and offline M&E systems, with special focus on programme size and capacity of the client organization. Further, there is an inbuilt system on learning included in the M&E system, thus transferring the knowledge to the implementation team and building their capacity.
